INTEGRATION OF SMALL FORMS OF ECONOMY IN THE MECHANISM OF THE OVERCOMING SOCIAL CHALLENGES OF AGRICULTURE
Abstract
The article reveals the theoretical interpretation of the concepts "challenge" and "social restriction". An algorithm to overcome the challenge and transfer of social systems to a qualitatively new social state is revealed. On the basis of social aspects of the functioning of small forms of economy, a contour of their integration into the mechanism of the overcoming the agricultural challenges is outlined. A framework of factorial social limitations for optimizing their activities is revealed. On the basis of the analysis, priority of the correction of program documents supporting small forms of economy is given.
